The season of spring features an abundance of fresh vegetables in preparation where herbs are extensively used to exude their robust natural flavours.

The aromatic display begins with your choice of roasted Atlantic cod on young bell pepper sauce with extra fine bean vegetables & parsley potatoes, grilled Angus beef tenderloin with foie gras & chantrelles sauce presented with baby eggplant and spring chicken stuffed with assorted mushrooms on sage tarragon glaze & vegetables cannelloni.
