April Promotions @ Palace of The Golden Horses

Come and savour at Carousel Café with our traditional Penang Nasi Kandar which able to tentalize your taste buds. Prepared by both Chef Mohd Saiful and Chef Nur Hayati of Carousel Cafe, the Nasi Kandar expansive menus are simply not to be missed. Their influences and experiences of cooking Penang and Mamak cuisines are seen in some of the signature dishes.





Starting with the Penang appetizers such as Penang Kerabu Taugeh and Otak-Otak to the Sup Kambing Mamak (Lamb Soup with Spices) and the authentic and spicy Ketam Bunga Goreng Pedas (Fried Spicy Flower Crab), Gulai Udang Bernenas (Spicy Prawn with Pineapple) and the irresistible and most popular Kari Kepala Ikan (Fish Head Curry), one will certainly be spoilt for choice as there are more than 30 dishes to choose from. The traditional desserts and sweets include Bubur Cha-Cha Bersago, Bread & Butter Pudding and the must have drink – Teh Tarik

This buffet Penang Nasi Kandar Promotion is running from 5th April until 16th April 2009 and available for lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday. The price for lunch is at RM60++ per person and RM 70++ per person for dinner.




Plus, starting from 6th April till 19th April 2009, as Palace of the Golden Horses is offering the succulents presents Peking Duck Promotions at Kim Ma Chinese Restaurant.

When it comes to Chinese cuisine, Kim Ma knows the best way to satisfy that appetite! Now, Kim Ma is offering an extensive and selection of cooking in several delectable ways to tempt your palate.

We are offering two types of cooking style for the diners to choose. For those opting for soup, our chefs and his culinary team have come out with few methods of cooking such as Boiled Duck Bone with Preserved Vegetable, Bitter Gourd and Bean Curd, Boiled Duck Bone with Celery, Tomato and Onion and Gravy of Minced Duck and Chinese parsley. On top of that, we also offers Hot Cooking style such as Stir-Fried minced Duck served with Iceberg Lettuce, Braised Duck Meat with Black Bean Sauce served in a Clay Pot, Stir – fried Duck with Hong Kong Noodles in Soy Sauce.

The delightful Peking Duck Promotions priced at RM50.00++ (half) and RM 100.00++ (whole). The restaurant opens for lunch from 12.00noon till 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm till 10.30pm.
