The month long promotion presents authentic Chinese dishes such as Braised Garoupa Fish in Village Home Style Cooking, Steamed Fish Paste with Minced Beancurd, Braised Fresh Shrimp with Angle Loofah and Fried Three Varieties Meat with Cauliflower.

This promotion is priced from RM6.00++ to RM70.00++ per portion and is available daily for lunch and dinner.

Apart from this promotion, Tang Palace is also a perfect place to pamper yourself to an exciting array of Chinese and Szechuan specialties including the famous Dim Sum offering more than 55 varieties of steamed and deep fried items. “Yoyo” started his career in 1983 in the USA where he joined a clown group namely ‘The Shriners’ that focuses a lot on charity events for children in the USA. This is where “Yoyo” learned his trade and later in 1992, returned to Malaysia and formed his own company with a group of his own clowns! While “Yoyo” looks after the children, adults can walk down memory lane while listening to light and easy music performance by the “String Notes Strollers”. This astounding duo – Kamal Jaffar and Nour Yusuf - has a vast repertoire of the everlasting great oldies from light jazz, country & western, rock & roll, blues, reggae, bossa jazz and latin too. What a great way to spend a lovely weekend afternoon with the entire family.

Recipe -Poached Canadian Oyster



Serve: 10 person

The Ingredients
Main Ingredients
10 nos Canadian Oyster
20 nos Shiitake Mushrooms

Home-Chopped Chilli:
100 gm Red Chilli chopped
20 gm Garlic chopped
20 gm Minced Ginger
10 gm Tauchu Sauce
To Taste Seasoning

Batter:
100 gm Flour
30 gm Potato Starch
10 gm Baking Powder
20 ml Oil
200 ml Water



The Methods
1. Poached the Canadian Oyster until half cooked and keep aside.
2. Dip the shiitake mushroom with the batter and deep-fried until crispy and keep aside.
3. Mix all the Home-Chopped Chilli ingrdients and season to taste.
4. Steam the mixture for 5 minutes.
5. Arrange the deep-fried mushrooms onto a warm serving plate and topped with the half-cooked oyster.
6. Pour over the Home-Chopped Chilli mixture and serve immediately.
